Strategies for adopting collaborative working technologies: Dion Lindsay
Venue: CILIP, 7 Ridgmount Street, London, WC1E 7AE
Date: Wednesday, 22 May, 2013 - 09:30 - 16:30
Course Outline:
Many employers feel collaboration in their organisation is not good
enough. But there is a risk that the adoption of collaborative
technology without either strong evidence of current activity or a model
of how collaboration works, will have little impact on organisational
performance.
This workshop will start out by examining the way in which people work
together in organisations, and what makes the process of collaboration
different to other team activities before looking in more detail at the
elements of a collaboration technology strategy.
The objective of the workshop will be to provide participants with the
information needed to get the best from current technology by
understanding the basic principles of collaborative working, and to be
able to define the requirements for any additional technology
investment.
Course Presenter:
Dion is a trained and experienced workshop facilitator and runs Dion
