Hi,
As far as I can tell the x-axis in the time series data seems to be based on input volume. First is that correct? Second is there a way to get more information time related information, after the second level (since the volume inputs no longer represent different points in time)? Specifically, my PI would like to see a graph of each condition, averaged across all trials, plotted over the course of a trial. He would also like to see multiple contrasts on the same graph. Is this possible?
Special Request: I am a post-bac intern and very new to FSL and fMRI analysis, in general (when I started the tutorial, I definitely spent a whole day freaking out about the fact that we didn't have field maps, before I realized that they weren't strictly necessary). No one in my lab uses is it. It is my job, right now, to see if it is a program we are interested in. If answers could be framed accordingly, that would be very appreciated!
Thank you!
