Dear FSL mailing list,
I am a little bit concerned because I seem to have a few voxels in white matter tracts (i.e. corpus callosum) that have FA values over 1. In a previous post I saw this was not too much of a concern as long as it is on the edge of the brain. I have followed all the steps in the fsl user guide (eddy current correct, BET, DTIfit) and have also checked for motion in the original raw datafiles.
I wonder if this is normal and if I can still process my data further?
Any advice would be very appreciated.
Anna
