Subject: HEA Language events
Dear All,
The HEA has just announced the latest series of events on teaching
languages in higher education, including events on mobile language
learning (Manchester), translating and interpreting across media
(Manchester), CLIL (Aston), intercultural business communication
(Edinburgh Napier), and computer-mediated communication (Coventry).
There will also be a second 'new to teaching languages' event this year
(with a new programme) taking place in Leeds. Most events are free to
attend, but places are limited.
I'd be grateful if you could forward the information to colleagues in
your subject areas/institutions as appropriate. I've pasted the
information and hyperlinks below.
Best wishes,
Fil
