Since the 'following week' to the deadline of 12 April was last week, did the 'line by line response' to the Chancellor's speech 'emerge' anywhere? Or was there not enough 'qualitative and quantitative evidence' supplied to refute Osborn's claims (beyond Paul Spicker's blog on the subject)? Just curious.

Subject: Chancellor's speech on changes in tax and benefits
Dear Colleagues
This speech represents the governments response to its critics. It needs to be challenged by the evidence that we have. I am prepared to organise this - on a line by line basis.
What you need to do is to read the speech http://www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/press_35_13.htm .
Then you need to send me a line by line response written against each line of the speech , not every line, but where you have evidence-based views please link them to the Chancellor's assertions.Of course the Chancellor refers to no evidence whatsovever. That is where we come in. Qualitative and quantitative evidence both welcomed. Use footnotes not references. Be brief. So the framework will be the Chancellor's speech with our reponses against each statement.
I promise to apply the minimum of editing. The result will probably be highly indigestible but I hope powerful.
It will be published on the web without any attribution or authorship and advertised by Twitter. Perhaps only "A commentary on the Chancellor's social policies". Your evidence will be anonymous.
The deadline is 12 April and the results will emerge during the following week.
If you have things to say spend some time now .
Best wishes
Jonathan
