For Redhat-based stuff you'd want to depend on krb5-devel and include
the --with-gssapi option.

Both packages are libevent. Does yum actually deal well with two
versions of the same package installed?
I know that rpm itself does.
I also know that with suse's naming scheme this does not come up.
