Mae 'rhagnodi' yn cael ei ddefnyddio i gyfateb i 'prescribe' yn neddfwriaeth Cymru a hynny ers dyddiau cynta'r Cynlleied, rwy'n credu.

Oes term swyddogol am "prescribed consultee"?
"your organisation is identified as a prescribed consultee for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects under the Planning Act 2008"
Yn l GyrA, mewn cyd-destun meddygol y defnyddir "rhagnodedig" ond mae TermCymru'n rhoi rhai termau fel "awdurdodau perthnasol rhagnodedig" (Statws 5) ac mae'r Porth Termau'n gwneud defnydd helaeth o "rhagnodedig".
"Penodol, penodedig" yw'r geiriau eraill a gynigir yn GyrA am "prescribed".
Diolch
