Seconded
I am not aware of any specific problems with SL vs other Linuxes.
As I understand the issue
* Latest CW relies on Java 1.7
* We have some/many users who are unable to install into root on their linux machines.
* Java must be installed in root
It was this final one that I hadn't expected. I have had user a/cs on many *nix machines over 30 years and if I want to install s/w for my own use I'd just put it in a local directory - no need to worry sysadmins about it.
Cheers
JK

Hi Ewan,
Can you elaborate as well? What's the problem with using CertWizard on SL.
