Hi Tim,
Well, this works:
picard -log sf -nodisplay CALC_SCUBA2_FCF
reduced/OrionA_CRL618_20111023_00065_s4_bc.sdf
This does not work:
picard -log sf -nodisplay CALC_SCUBA2_FCF reduced/*.sdf
reduced/ contains 2 observations of the same source, reduced for 450 and
850, with 2 different sets of config parameters, so 8 files in total,
and I want the FCFs for all of them individually. picard finds all the
files, and I think tries to group them all together, then falls over
after stating
Sorting Groups
REDUCING: OrionA_CRL618_20111023_00030_s4_bc
Using recipe CALC_SCUBA2_FCF specified on command-line
#-1 Err: Could not find primitive named _GET_RECPAR_CONFIG_ in any of:
..blah blah...
I did try the first command, on an individual file, again, and that
still works.
cheers,
Jane
