Dear Mark,
The simplest way might be to use the coregister->resliece option (you do
not need to estimate something here). Select just one of your normalised
fMRI data as the image that defines the space and your S2 mask image as
the image that should be resliced.
Your new mask will have an "r" as prefix and the same voxel and matrix
size as your fMRI data.
