The Deformations utility is sometimes used to spatially normalise
images via the SPM8 New Segment. It can also be used to inverse
normalise images (ie warp something in MNI space back to the original
scans), as well as a variety of other things (eg warping structure
labels defined on one subject's image to overlay on to another
subject).
