Subject: Re: FW: Fair/Educational use of copyrighted materials in the UK?
Hi all
My limited understanding is that the fair dealing clause has not yet been extended to digital materials. There's some guidance for schools at http://www.copyrightsandwrongs.nen.gov.uk/schools-a-copyright/fair-dealing.
The news section on the same site says this is under review http://www.copyrightsandwrongs.nen.gov.uk/news/item/98-uk-copyright-review-2011.

Sarah George
