GP-UK is not an entity that can be sued, nor can it be closed.
All of the information I have posted has already been in the public domain.
If an attempt is made to stop me pursuing this issue then it will just
become more public as I have no connection with the area.
I am just a concerned doctor who is following GMC guidelines about patients
being at risk.

Trefor,
I commend your approach. Can I suggest however that we do NOT want to lose
GP-UK, and that we seek methods of pursuing this and gaining access to
appropriate information and lessons that does not put GP UK at risk?
I will seek MDU advice tomorrow before posting again.
Regards,
Julian
