So it looks like you are running Fedora. I did install FSL manually on
Fedora systems, you should use the fsl-5.0.2.2-centos6_64 package. I am
not sure if the installation script now covers Fedora as well. I was not
in need to try it...
Maybe you need some further adjustments with Fedoara once you managed to
install FSL. But overall, FSL and Fslview are working fine with Fedora 18.
