Hi FSL gurus,
Is there a way to call film_gls to not estimate the AC coefficients but have it use the threshac1.nii.gz file from a previous call to be the AC coefficients for filtering the data and model?
What we would want to do is slightly change our model but keep the same threshac1.nii.gz file and filtered_func_data. The AC estimation takes some time and we can speed our analysis up if we are able to insert an already calculated threshac file into the film_gls. Is there anyway around this besides altering the source code?
Thanks,
Jordan
