Dear colleagues,
We warmly invite students and scholars to register for the FWSA’s biennial conference, ‘The Lady Doth Protest: Mapping Feminist Movements, Moments and Mobilisations’, scheduled for 21-23rd June 2013 at the University of Nottingham, and we are pleased to be able to publicise the conference programme (attached).
Keynote speakers for the event include Dr Nirmal Puwar (Goldsmiths, University of London), Professor Nadje Ali-Ali (SOAS, University of London) and Professor Diane Elson (University of Essex).
We are also pleased to announce that the conference will include a free screening of ‘Audre Lorde, the Berlin Years’. This will also include a Q&A session with the film’s Director, Dr Dagmar Schultz.
