We have Community and we have MyBlackboard working. I have asked for a product enhancement, so that tutor profiles can replace the dreadful staff / contacts thing to provide staff info in every course.

I have installed the social learning/social profiles blocks and enabled them but I don't see any of the options in the admin panel which are shown in the cloud FAQ - has the rumour that the UK/European versions have these features crippled? These were the big selling points for SP10/11 and is something eagerly awaited here. I may just be missing something can anyone who already has SP10 or 11 enlighten me about this because all I can find in Blackboard FAQ is that to meet the needs of international clients these tools are optional and do not prevent other features from working - as usual the amount of information given by Blackboard is pretty sparse
