Not sure how many of you will be involved with certs and award confirmation (and apologies to anyone also on the ceremonies list), but it would be very helpful if anyone who is could provide some feedback to the following, please.
How do you produce your certificates? (eg via specific software, your student record system or mailmerging into Word...)
Do you deliver transcripts, diploma supplements or HEARs, and if so how? (eg on paper, with certificate, on-line via student record system or dedicated software...)
How do you deliver award confirmation? (eg via fax, telephone or email requests, via web form, via on-line service...)
And finally, are you planning to develop the service over the next few years (and if so over what time frame)? (eg Yes, looking to deliver everything on-line, alongside on-line confirmation service; Yes, looking at X supplier(s)...)
I will be presenting results at the AUA conference next week and will provide a summary to the list.
