Hi
Sorry for this simple query, but I can't seem to understand how the coding works for the F-Test in SPM 5. I'm doing a second-level analysis (i.e. on group-level data).
The experimental design has 5 factors comprising of 4 experimental conditions and a baseline conditino (fixation cross). The columns are arranged A1B1, A1B2, A2B1, A2B2, Baseline.
Using t-tests I've run the main effect of factor B (1, -1, 1, -1, 0) and got some activation.
I've run the effect of factor B on A1 (1, -1, 0, 0, 0) and the effect of factor B on A2 (0, 0, 1, -1, 0) and got differing results, suggesting there may be an interaction. So I wanted to run an F test to look at whether the interaction of A and B shows up any activation.
My question is what do I need to enter into the contrast manager to do a full F-Test?
Thanks
Rob
