I also had a member of staff wanting the new sexual health framework as the link on NHS Evidence point to an error message.
I went to the gov.uk site, selected department of health, typed in "sexual health framework" and was able to retrieve the publication needed.
It is available from:
https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-of-health
I hope this of use.
It is frustrating when poor planning and lack of information waste everyone's time.
Kind regards

Thanks Anne.
I have been emailing the NHS Commissioning Board (or NHS England as we should now be calling them) and also spoke to a helpful Denise Corby at Richmond House and also Anna Leys- Jespersen.
My main query was to locate a link to a copy of The Month (March 2013), the transition newsletter. I am assuming that this will be uploaded shortly, just in time for D-day itself. One or two other key documents have also disappeared, notably the new Sexual health improvement framework.
A chronological list of the new items is available here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications?departments[]=department-of-health
The latest Week has just been added in the last few minutes, along with The Quarter, so I am still hoping for The Month to appear as well.
Have a good break folks.

I used the email address I was given by the DH telephone service to contact the DH website contact point - I asked if they could tell me:
1 When links redirecting to all of the documents published by the DH will be in place (as promised), and in the meantime where do we find these documents?
2 When will links to other key resources - such as bulletins be clearly visible again?
3 Why has this migration been allowed to go ahead without clarification of the process for the public (and your own staff judging by the reaction on the Contact desk), mapping of resources to the new site, redirection of DH publications, clarification around features which will be turned off (eg some feeds), and clearly before it was ready?
My email to the DH website feedback email box has bounced back as undeliverable. I can only presume that they have also moved.
I rang the DH telephone number to check the email address - as of 12.30 on Thursday 28 March the phone line is closed for the Easter Bank holiday - reopens Tuesday 2 April What can you say?
Anne
