JournalTOCs http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/index.php which is freely
available to everyone, lets you find and follow the latest Tables of
Contents from over 21,000 scholarly journals from 1,600 different
publishers, including over 5,000 Open Access journals. If you register
(free) you can get email alerts each time a journal of interest publishes
new articles.
You can also search across the database for new articles by keyword, and
save these searches, and elect to receive email alerts when there are new
articles.
Here's a list of the most followed journals
http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/topJournals.php?sort=1&status=0
JournalTOCs is aimed at individual researchers, librarians, students and
anyone who's looking for the latest or most current papers published in the
scholarly literature with international coverage.
For libraries and information centres wanting to manage their own current
awareness service, personalised to take account of subscribed journals,
JournalTOCs offers a low-cost Premium service
http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/customise.php This has 8 main features
http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/customise2.php including a *Super-user Admin
account* that gives you the option of managing current awareness on behalf
of your users, if they so wish (they can also do it themselves, and you can
monitor use).
I described some of the features of JournalTOCs Premium in this blog post
