A celebration of Dennis Potter
29th & 30th June 2013 (10am - 5pm)
Immerse yourself in the life and works of Dennis Potter with our two day celebration event...
Saturday: A Dennis Potter day with talks from scholars and colleagues of Potter. The day will consist of talks and presentations on the work he produced and the man himself.
Tickets: £10. Includes access to the Centre and Potter archive on request.
Sunday: Step back in time and celebrate the nostalgia of the 1950's. Take a jive and swing class, listen to fifties music - from the Berry Hill band to traditional Rock n Roll; marvel at classic cars;
taste traditional 50's food; shop at vintage stalls; experience 50's fashions* or simply sit back and watch a fondly remembered, bygone era come back to life.
You can even be one of the first visitors to experience our new Dennis Potter exhibition and audio trail.
