With a few tweaks the old one does indeed work, but it contacts the old OpenCA server which we want to move away from (i.e. turn off - I know we have said that for some time, but with the new RA interface Dave is developing there is light at the end of the tunnel). The new PeCR will use the new back-end that CertWizard uses ... but don't worry it is still written in Perl :-)
