SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Each contribution must be prepared following the IEEE two-column format, and should not exceed the length of 6 (six) Letter-sized pages. The papers should be submitted in PDF format using the EasyChair online submission system (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cbms2013) by 21 February 2013.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and will be published by the IEEE. Authors of accepted papers must include a completed IEEE Copyright Form with the submission of their final camera-ready paper. At least one author must pay the registration fee before April 24, 2013 for each accepted paper.
Best papers will be invited to submit extended versions for a special issue in a journal (confirmation pending).
