Dear all,
I've been trying to run some old data as an MFX model in SPM 12b
(spm_mfx= v4552))
Having concatenated and estimated the first level models as a single
multi-session model, I attempt to do the actual estimation. After a
while it throws the following error:
SPM12b: spm_mfx (v4552) 17:14:34 - 04/02/2013
=======================================================================
Mixed-Effect Model : ...ReML estimation
Failed 'MFX Specification'
Reference to non-existent field 'Cy'.
In file "E:\fMRI\SPMs\spm12b\spm_mfx.m" (v4552), function "spm_mfx" at
line 251.
In file "E:\fMRI\SPMs\spm12b\config\spm_cfg_mfx.m" (v4684), function
"spm_local_mfx" at line 188.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: MFX Specification
Checking the corresponding line shows that the error occurs when
spm_reml attempts to access SPM.xVi.Cy, a field which admittedly does
not exist in the big SPM.mat. This leads me to believe that I'm missing
out on some intermediate steps, but have not been able to actually
identify what that might be.
Any ideas?
Best,
Haakon
