Thanks for this. Whatever our views on NHS privatisation, that such far
reaching changes are being implemented on the basis of secondary
legislation is a cause for concern (and poss a basis for legal challenge?)
I doubt the general public are aware of the fundamental changes being
enacted in their name - not least since most people appear to oppose
further privatisation of NHS services.
