About accomodation

We have made a group booking (10 single rooms) at Akaike Guest House, which is located one minute walk from NIPR (National Institute of Polar Research) building, the venue of the meeting. Each room has own bathroom, kitchen, AC, TV and internet access and comfortable. The only disadvantage is it is a bit away from the train station (JR Tachikawa) and shopping/ restaurant area (20 min walk so not too bad, though).

Please send the following sheet to [log in to unmask] The room is available between March 11 and 16, but extension may be possible. Please send us back as soon as possible if you do need the accomodation at the guest house.

There are many hotels near JR(Japan Railway) Tachikawa station. If you need assistance to book a hotel, please also contact us at [log in to unmask]
