A workshop on the theme of “Asian Biopoleis” will be held at the
Institute on the 26th and 27th February, 2013. Organized jointly by
the NRI and Professor Gregory Clancey of the National University of
Singapore, all the speakers are currently based at NUS, and are taking
part in the ‘Asian Biopoleis’ project led by Professor Clancey.
On the afternoon of Tuesday February 26th there will also be an
unveiling of a plaque naming part of the NRI as the ‘S.T. Lee Wing’, in
honour of the Institute’s long-term benefactor Dr S.T. Lee of Singapore,
with the Singapore High Commissioner as our guest of honour.
