Hi Ed,
We (or I am) are tentatively considering a DAM system at the moment. Stemmed from having c 100,000 digital photos and a large number of slides, medium format contact sheets that need a better system of organisation and access.
So I would be interested in sharing with you any of our ideas. We have briefly out one open source product (Resource Space) and will be trying out another in due course.
Regards, Graham

Subject: non-art museums & DAMS
Hi all,
I'm looking for people from non-art museums who have recently bought or considered buying a DAMS. Anyone willing to share details on their experiences, both in terms of how they internally decided their requirements and what their rollout procedure looked like? Any leads appreciated.
Best,
Ed
