The Journal of Information Literacy (JIL) is looking to recruit a Digital Communications Officer to our editorial team. JIL is a successful peer reviewed journal, published under the Gold Open Access model, by the CILIP Information Literacy Group. The editorial team wishes to reach a wider audience both within and external to librarianship and are seeking an enthusiastic person who will develop innovative strategies to further raise the profile of JIL. The Digital Communications Officer will be responsible for managing and measuring the journal's online presence, and the position provides the opportunity to develop an online marketing plan for an international, peer-reviewed publication.
