Hi Rosalia,
You might be interested in my standalone corpus callosum segmentation software 'yuki' which is distributed through NITRC in www.nitrc.org/projects/art
For downloading and running instructions please see find: gettingstartedwithyuki.2.0.pdf
It produces CC subdivisions according to two different schemes, Witelson's (7 segments) and Hampel's (5 segments).
An announcement regarding the software was made here: http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=3747
Feel free for contact me if you have any questions.
Given reasonable quality T1-weighted structural images (little motion and in-flow artifacts), you can expect successful segmentation in about 95% of cases with no further processing required.
