Hi Maarten,
Thanks for the suggestion. I am now trying to rerun it, as these are patients and maybe this might affect the components.
If it doesn't work, I will try out the template maps.
Thanks!
Heidi

Hi Heidi,
an alternative would be to use the template maps derived in the 2009 Smith et al. PNAS paper. You can find those here:

Hi all,
I am hoping someone can give me some tricks or tips, as I am completely stuck.
I am trying to do some resting state analyses on 40 people who were followed up twice, so in total I have 120 data sets.
As mentioned before, I tried to run ICA on 120 people, but than doesn't work. For some unknown reason, Melodic stops the mixture modelling after 1 component. It also crashes from the command line. I thought my pc was not strong enough, but after trying it on several systems, it still is not working.
But I really want to continue on this.
What would be the alternative? Would it make sense to I run ICA on one time point (40 people) and use these ICA maps for the dual regression of the other two time points?
Thanks for your help.
Best
Heidi
