Hi,
If you have an image with different integer values then you just need to use one of the colourmaps in FSLView to get different colours (e.g. any of the "render" ones or the ones below that in the Lookup Table list). For most the exact display of colours also depends on the display range chosen (the "Min" and "Max" values above the image).
