Hello FSLers,
I'm analyzing a longitudinal DTI dataset with one group of 6 subjects scanned at 3 timepoints, and I'm uncertain about how to set up the GLM and contrasts for randomise. I've looked through the listserv archives and I've come across several similar topics, but different solutions seem to have been suggested, so I wanted to be sure I was using a correct approach before proceeding. Could anyone advise on:
1) How to set up the GLM and contrasts for this type of dataset?
2) Would this GLM design necessitate manual demeaning or is it possible to do it automatically with the -D flag in randomise?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
