I can't really speak as to whether there have been any revisions but this document was written long long ago. MODS elements now have URIs:
http://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/modsrdf/

Hi all,
I looked at the Dublin Core Library Application Profile for the first time ever when Hrafn queried the lack of a "subtitle" target.
I wonder, is this [1] the final draft?
All of the MODS elements have the same URI, namely http://www.loc.gov/mods/
That means that dateCaptured, edition, and location all have the same semantics. Can this be right?
Best,
Michael
