Hi all,
There is an 18 month position going at the National Jazz Archive in Loughton, Essex (see below). It is for a remote worker, but requires regular visits to the archive, and it is for 4 days a week.
This is not a position for an archivist as such, but it might suit someone interested in gaining work experience prior to undertaking the course, as it does provide experience in aspects of cataloguing and indexing.
I do think it would be particularly suited to someone with an interest in and knowledge of the history of jazz - and some of you out there may know someone suitable?
