Hi all,
You or your students may be interested in an artists' talk at the Photographers' Gallery this Saturday by Jon Rafman at 3pm, who is better known for his "documentary photography" using google street view:

He will be in conversation with me concerning his project "Brand New Paint Job", a photoblog project in which he gives amateur 3D models a "paint job" with JPGs of modernist paintings. We will be discussing the fate of "collage" in digital network culture; the synthetic photograph and the 'virtual' camera alongside questions of copyright and authorship.
More details of the show here:

Tickets are £7/£4 concession and can be booked here: http://thephotographersgallery.org.uk/artist-talk-3
Best wishes
Katrina
