Hi Austin,
We have raised an issue with the SLC about this. It seems that the system is not recognising new assessments as the current assessment. Even if a student is re-assessed and a revised income figure shows that they are eligible for a bursary the system is still looking at an older assessment (maybe from 6 months ago) so it does not pick the student up as being eligible and they never make it onto the approvals list.
Best wishes,
Alex

Subject: Issue with Approvals List in HEBBS
Here at Newcastle we have not received any new assessments into our HEBBS approvals list since 11/02/13. Can I ask if anyone else is having the same issue with their automated rules?
I have reported it to SLC but had no response so far.
Regards
Austin
