Hi,
I've been developing a quality app, that combines the Internal quality control with external quality assurance and assay performance goals to calculate sigma values that theoretically link IQC/EQA together and give a simple metric that would allow you to monitor the quality of your service over time.
Its a rough alpha version and you can get the source code here: https://github.com/cwebster/iqceqa
What I'd really like is feedback on what features people would like to see, is a it a good bad idea etc etc.
The source code has no license at the moment but will be open sourced for people to use.
Things I'd like to see are: easy import of EQA data from EQA providers, XML, JSON feeds to lab data etc to reduce the over head of management.
Same goes for IQC data but this seem slightly easier as most analyser IQC packages can export data for auto import.
System could be extended further to include TATs, and other quality goals etc. All data is exportable and would feed into other applications / devices.
Attached are some screen shots to help you visualise the app as it stands.
Cheers
