Hi all,
I want to report the same problem: one component in the html file, but when I open the melodic_IC.nii.gz, I have 25 components?
I ran this data in an older version and had no problems. I now ran it in the latest fsl version (5.0.2) in the same way (I only changed to BBR registration) and have this problem?
This concerns resting state data.
Heidi

Onderwerp: [FSL] Melodic only giving one component
Hi everyone,
I'm having some trouble using Melodic. I successfully ran a set of Melodic analyses on resting data, but when I try to run it on rest and fixation data (about twice as many volumes) it only gives one component. I tried running the rest/fixation analyses on a larger cluster to see if the issue was lack of sufficient RAM/swap, as mentioned in a similar thread back in December, but had the same problem. Looking at the report log, it seems that Melodic identifies 33 components, but only runs mixture modelling on the first component and then quits. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Erin
