Hello,
That sounds like Aria might have been writing to the Nmr xml file. But
I'm not positive it does that, so possibly something else has done that,
or possibly you are out of disk space???
Anyway, to rescue this you will need a backup, and there is hopefully one
in PROJECT_DIR/ccp/nmr/Nmr/***.xml.bak, where *** is a horrible string
which, according to that error message below, starts
"MyProtein+MyProtein_re5854". If that *.xml.bak file exists you could
check its timestamp versus any auto-backup version of that file that you
might have (which would be in PROJECT_backup/ccp/nmr/Nmr/***.xml).
If you have any other queries about this you can email me directly.
