I may be wrong but I think Ron has just used the basic xerte toolkits v1.9. It automagically creates a Flash version of the learning object and an html5 version. Well worth getting your network people to upgrade!
The clever thing Ron has done is use the pages creatively for active learning.

I too would be grateful for a look at the archive. There are some techniques used that I think are rather neat.
