For ORAC-DR, I thought you were using your own fork on Github:
https://github.com/MattSherwood/ORAC-DR
but it's a bit behind the main repository. To update it, you can add the
main repository as another remote:
git remote add upstream git://github.com/Starlink/ORAC-DR.git
and then fetch from it and push to your Github repository. There are some
instructions for that on Github:

I'll have a go at updating it, but I'm not sure how the Starjava documents
are supposed to be built.
