Maternal and Child Aid Cameroon recognizing the morbidity arising from poor breastfeeding knowledge practices and attitudes among breastfeeding mothers and health professionals in normal and pathologic conditions, thinks organizing regular radio programs can make a difference in the network coverage areas of Cameroon can make a difference.
Nature of Program: Call-in program (specific aspects shall be addressed and callers can can for clarifications with questions and contributions)

Anchor: Health Professionals in specific areas
Topics in View: Plugged Ducts, Foremilk-Hind milk Imbalance, Expressed milk, Breastfeeding Pain, Breast abcess, mastitis, engorgement, weaning, low milk supply, over supply, large breast breastfeeding, breastfeeding after surgery, postpartum depression, breastfeeding diet, breastfeeding preterms/low weight, breastfeeding multiple babies, breastfeeding in challenging situations (HIV, Epilepsy, cancer, etc) etc
Issues to be promoted by the program:
• Exclusive Breastfeeding
• Breastfeeding at work place (policies and regulations)
• International Code of Marketing Breastfeeding Substitutes
• Husbands as fore-runners of breastfeeding
