The annual conference of the Association of Subscription Agents and
Intermediaries will be held in London on 25-26 February 2013. Register by
7th January to take advantage of early-bird discounts.
The conference programme, "The 3 Rs: Reach, Readership and Revenues," will
cover the publishing value chain from researchers to readers, featuring
presentations from industry leaders who are continuing to innovate and
prevail in a business that is constantly evolving. The programme is
organised around four sessions covering the main stages of the supply of
content from authors to readers: Authoring and Publishing, Buying and
Selling Content, Discovery and Metadata, and Content Usage and Quality. Also
scheduled for the conference is a panel discussion involving leading figures
from the academic content world which will debate both traditional and open
