Dear experts,
I encountered a probtrackx2 error. The command was running normally and took an adequately long time for tracking. However, the output file is far too small (16KB) and the command line contains the remark “time spent tracking: 0 seconds”. The bedpostx directory and the ROI files seem all right. A previous example in another subject with the same command turned out to be fine.
Where did I go wrong?
Command:
rm -rf /ROI17_ptX mkdir -p /ROI17_ptX /usr/local/fsl/bin/probtrackx2 -x /ROI17_FA.nii.gz -l --onewaycondition --pd -c 0.2 -S 2000 --steplength=0.5 -P 5000 --fibthresh=0.01 --distthresh=0.0 --sampvox=0.0 --forcedir --opd -s /DTI/bedpostX/merged -m /DTI/bedpostX/nodif_brain_mask --dir= /ROI17_ptX Log directory is: /ROI17_ptX Running in seedmask mode load seeds done. Load bedpostx samples 1_1 1_2 1_3 2_1 2_2 2_3 nfibres : 2 nsamples : 50 Done loading samples. Volume seeds volume 1 time spent tracking: 0 seconds save results finished Done! mv /ROI17_ptX/fdt_log.tcl /ROI17_ptX/fdt.log
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Verena
