I'm afraid this does not make much sense. with a single run each there is no way of doing a proper statistical assessment of differences. If this answer does not make much sense then I'm afraid you need to invest serious time in learning about imaging and stats in more general terms. The FSL course might be a good start, all material is online on our website. For the template, see the FMRIB analysis webpages.
