Hi all,
I am new to this forum and to FSL, as to my knowledge there is no post on this topic, yet.
I've run pre-processing of the data with other programs than fsl and now I want to perform a resting-state analysis. I was trying to run the analysis via the melodic command line (because the pre-processing is already done). Because there are about 200 subjects I don't want to type each by each participant's path and file into the comand line. I just read, that it is possible to solve this problem by using a .txt or comma separated value file.
So I created a test.txt file with new lines for each subject containing the path and the filename of the subject like:
(/data/subject1/filtered_func_data
/data/subject2/filtered_func_data
/data/subject3/filtered_func_data etc. ...)
my command line looks like:
melodic -i test.txt -o /data/output.gica -a concat --nobet -n 30 --mmthresh=0.5 --report --tr=2.200 --Oall
If I run this command I get the error-message:
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image /data/subj... etc.
So what might be the problem to my text file? (I also tried .csv files). I hope there is someone that knows a solution to this!
Kind regards,
Stefan Lenzen
