Paula,
I have been run 2 workshops with the goal of establishing a daily
drawing habit of 15 minutes a day, for a period of 5 weeks. The
development has been astounding, and also beyond my expectations.
There is a kind of fluency that happens, so not only are there drawing
skills developed, but an area of interest, as well as emotional
expression. I am teaching these classes to non-artists, mostly middle
age who would like to add art to their lives, but have limits on time,
etc.
