Hi Andy,
Yes you will need to add some extra building blocks and enable the cloud services on your server. This requires agreeing to some extra T&Cs relating to data storage on the cloud.
I can't remember where you start - your TSM should help, but see if you have a section called 'Cloud Management' on your sys admin panel. At least some of the necessary building blocks should be fed to you through the Software Updates section - I think they come through the Featured Building Blocks channel.

Subject: SP11 and Social Community Tools
Please forgive my lack of understanding.
We have just upgraded our development site from sp8 to sp11
I'm interested in the social community tools, but am struggling to ascertain the following.....
Do we need an different license to access these tools? (We currently have Learning and Community licenses) Do we need to install additional building blocks?
I'd also be interested in anyone's experiences of using these tools and feedback from students.
Also has anybody considered safeguarding and student privacy issues.
Many Thanks
Andy Raistrick
